Gender Norms Parental Leave Masculinities Impact Measurement Mixed Methods Policy Evaluation Family Policy MENA & Europe

I'm a social policy researcher with over a decade of international experience spanning academic inquiry, policy evaluation, and programme design — always with people at the centre.

My work sits at the intersection of gender equality, family policy, and social change. I specialise in understanding how norms shape behaviour — and how evidence-informed policy can shift both. I bring equal rigour to quantitative frameworks and the human stories that numbers can't capture.

I've collaborated closely with institutions including UNICEF, the World Bank, EIGE, and WFP, contributing to evaluations and advisory processes in Europe and across the MENA region. Whether I'm designing an evaluation framework, analysing parental leave reform, or developing a theory of change, I aim to produce work that is both credible and genuinely useful.

I'm based in London and open to consultancy engagements, research collaborations, and advisory roles globally.
